I'd never be able to duplicate it. I can't even remember what all I did.

It was Christmas dinner, 1982, the year I had just graduated from high school. We decided to go potluck that year in our family, and each of us drew the name of a course out of a hat. I ended up with an appetizer. I wanted to do stuffed bell peppers but had no idea how, so I threw together some kind of mix with cream of mushroom soup, fresh mushrooms, believe it or not radishes, and I can't remember what else I put in it, but it was a hit.

Wow...That's an interesting combination. I recently made a lemon chicken with an orange/ white wine sauce...and serve it over pasta. Really tasty actually.

I make a mean bare bottom butt binder pie. It's your basic pumpkin pie without the yucky crust.

Wasn't me, but my brother once made muffins out of ketchup. I know it sounds gross but they were actually quite good. I make my own tuna pasta salad with macaroni, tuna, mayo and peas. It's pretty good. :D

I make my own strawberry frozen yogurt. It's sugarless (I use agave nectar instead) and low fat and still tastes amazing!
