Iron is hard on the stomach, and will cause constipation. You need to make sure your not taking too much iron. Your dr will probably have you take a blood test and see what your iron level is. Until you see a dr I wouldn't take anymore iron. Especially if there is a possibility you could be pregnant.

To be honest, most people take too much iron in their daily diet. You should talk to a doctor, because you seem to be suffering from iron poisoning. This is a serious medical condition. YOU CAN DIE.
B12 is another issue. B12 increases iron absorption, which is bad.
GO TO A HOSPITAL NOW.

Were you prescribed these vitamins or are you just taking them on your own? If you are just taking them on your own, your body maybe rejecting what it does not need. You might be taking to much. If you were prescribed these vitamins from a doctor, then I would contact him/her and tell them what is happening.
To much iron can actually make you constipated -- are you having this problem as well?
If you are eating a well balanced diet, there shouldn't be a need for extra vitamins. If you still think you need vitamins, then get a good multi-vitamin.

I know that Iron is very constipating and you can potentialy over dose on them. Average healthy adults should not take iron. Eat spinach if you have low iron.
Stop taking the iron, drink some extra water and take a bowel softner. Or better yet, see your doctor.

Be sure you are taking your pills at mealtime. Iron pills on an empty stomach make some people feel sick.

If you're body isn't used to it then too much iron is bad for you. Take it less regularly, in smaller doses.
