i am a 16 year old male and weigh 110 pounds. I lift every day ( i work a different muscle every day) is it bad to lift twice a day if i only lift for 20min. each time. What can i eat to gain more muscle, i already drick 23 Grams of Whey protein each day.

Its a good idea to take a rest day to let your muscles relax..

If you were an advanced bodybuilder.. Maybe twice a day. Try doing Day one Chest/biceps,Day two Legs,3. rest, Day 4.,Back/triceps/ Day 5, shoulders/abs and rest two days and start again. The whey protein is good,but eat 6 small balanced meals if you can. cut out soft drinks and junk food. I throw in 30 minutes of cardio daily(6 days a week) At 16 you could do the same thing playing hoop, cycling, running.. soccer etc. .Just get the heart rate up.
