in my pocket the verizon lady will start talking to me. And everytime I get in my truck it starts making calls. I am not making this up

switch to cingular with the fewest droped calls of ANY network
No................. a phone cannot be possessed only the carrer can which happens to be veriZon

What the first to said are very good possibilities. Before I got my flip phone that used to happen all the time to me too. Locking is an option but it was also a pain every time you wanted to make a call. (sure, it takes seconds to unlock but I can be a bit impatient)
If you still think it might be possessed, stop by your nearest catholic church and dunk it in the holy water for about 5 minutes...it will never call out again!

Do you have a key lock? This was happening to my wife & it turned out her "Quick Keys" were getting hit in her purse or pocket & I would sit on the other end of the phone yelling "Hello!!?". It hasn't happened since she's been locking her phone.
