steal some medicine, put it with her belongings, notify security that you saw her steal some medicine, tell security that you want to be kept unanimous.

get a male friend to complain that she sexually harassed him.

mix some drugs in your food, eat some, claim that you saw her tampering with your food.

have pizza & take out food delivered to the hospital in her name - use a pay phone - leave her number with them

have someone call @ work for her & have them be nasty with whowever answers the phone - do several times

have friends call in (say they were patainces) and complain about her.

Call the HR Department and file a complaint. I assume this person is a supervisor because your peers have no authority to tell you when to take or not take lunches/breaks/etc. You cannot be terminated if you have documentation on file with a greivance so that'll put your mind at ease. If you get nowhere with HR go to the Labor Board and go up the ladder til you get the problems rectified. In the meanwhile, it may be time to secure a new position elsewhere.

go see your supervisor, and explain the comments that were made to you. They are derogatory-and make you feel uncomfortable-the law saysthat you are entitled to a 20 minute break-i think its after six hours, and they do not have to give you another one, unless in your case, you work for extended periods of time.
your proffesion is a high demand one, so i would sit down with your boss, and or human resource's and find out their expectations.
nip this in the bud-before she drives you crazy.

Don't use her phone number and don't tell anyone you have. Take it to the boss, say you can't work properly under the circumstances and it's affecting your job. You don't have to say you're desperate to keep your job. Make it very clear you cannot perform properly because you aren't even being given the opportunity to eat!

Report her for harrassment. You are allowed breaks by law - at least 30 mins for every 8 hours worked. Harrassment is against the law.

carry a candy bar in your pocket
and document every thing she does that is not right.after a week take it to the hr dept.also wright down all of your break times ,because she is breaking the law by not letting you have breaks and remember copy every paper you turn in, because big company like to make complaints disappear.

Don't play games as it will back fire on you. Start documenting everything that happens. Going to HR if your boss won't help you is your best option.

Report her to the higher authorities, don't allow her to push you out of your job.
