My cat does this and its funny to watch. I try to wake her up but she doesnt respond at all.

haha lol yes it just means there dreaming thats all. i just got a new puppy and i remember the first time i saw her do it lol it kind of scared me.. it was so funny i felt kinda weird just staring and laughing at her but it was hularious she started growling and barking and moving her legs really fast like she was in a race or something lol

Oh ya my dogs do that all the time. They dream like they are running and playing. If It gets real bad like they are fighting I wake them up gently If they have a playful day they do this a lot.

Yep, they move in their sleep, just like we do, I guess. My cat will even growl sometimes. It's always best to just let your cat sleep, they say it's not good to wake cats up suddenly, it disrupts their sleep cycle.

it's having a dream, leave it alone, you wouldn't like someone to wake you when you're sleeping be considerate. and most likely you do weird noise/movement when you're sleeping.

their dreaming and they twitch when they dream..but usually when i try and wake up my cat she wakes up.
