yes. i live in appalachia, eric was a man on a mission. he made his statement and must now accept the responsibility of his actions. but that does not excuse our government for killing its own citizens while serving an arrest warrant.

You are absolutely right. Religions can only prosper if they have another group they can hate. You see, people can simply be fueled by compassion and the need to do the right thing, but they seldom take this path. I believe most religious people are decent, but they are only religious because of a fear they have. It may be a fear about someone else, something inside of themselves, or they simply cannot function outside the scope of someone else telling them what to do.

Sad to say it, but there are religious extremists in almost all religions. The extremists are taking their own interpretation of their religious document and using it to serve their own purposes.
The only folks who will be able to bring extremists under control are the more conservative members of their own religions.

Organized religion is the cyanide-opium shake of the masses. Dogmatic faith just kills any common sense or logical reasoning, hence the fervently religious could be called braindead or at least walking coma patients.

No, the religious right teaches their children to love their neighbor, to bless and pray for those who despitefully use them, and to forgive their brothers 7 times 70.

Yes most probably, they create a situation through deception, then they create a reaction and then other a solution, problem, reaction, solution, but dont forget, not all Christians are far right, some of us our Left Wing, yes really. I simply apply the teachings of Jesus Christ, respect my Neighbour and treat them how I would like to be treated. No death required
