According to Screenit.com, here's the list. The first number is all profanities, the second is the use of the f word:
Martin Lawrence Runteldat - 649 / 311
The Original Kings of Comedy - 517 / 184
Nil By Mouth - 497 / 428
Pulp Fiction - 429 / 260
Dysfunktional Family - 411 / 200
Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back - 407 / 227
Made - 376 / 253
Narc - 359 / 242
The Big Lebowski - 357 / 259
Gridlock'd - 341 / 227
Magnolia - 306 / 189
South Park - 219 / 133
I know that this list is incorrect about the South Park movie, though. This film has the most swear words of any animated movie, with a total of 399 uses of profanity. (The number is repeated on many sites.)

The movie "Sideways" dropped the F-bomb every other word. And there were gross scenes. Also the movie "Kiss Kiss Bang Bang" had A TON! OMG.

The re-hash of Shaft the script was just abysmal...basically it WAS just one long swearword...and I'm going to use another one to rate the film.It was an absolute load of CR..P!I don't know how many swearwords were in it but it seemed like every other third word.

Scarface is pretty filled with them. There's a drinking game that consists of drinking when ever the F word is heard, I don't know anyone who made it past the first half.

Don't have any numbers, but just from personal experience I would have to say it's a tossup between "Pulp Fiction" and "Midnight Run"
