Trying to download musice to Memory Stick Pro Duo, however when plugged into any USB port, it shows as unknown device. Computer states that driver not found for device, what should I do?

My son has misplaced the disc that came with USB connector, is there any place on-line where I can download a driver?

You can probably go to your local Best Buy and they might help you out. I don't think that you can go online to download a driver.

If you are using an operating system earlier than Windows XP, you'll have to find a location to download the driver for USB mass storage devices. You may be able to find the drivers on the Microsoft website, or, I believe it's called driverGuide.com.

Try to put the usb cord in the other slot you know how there is 2 slots put it on the bottom one.

you have to put the PSP in USB mode
