You might consider working in a veterinarian office or a boarding house for animals.

Another choice might be a day care center but you would have to interact with the parents.

As you gain experience you will overcome your dislike for direct contact with people. I was the same way and now I enjoy the interaction.

Don't be so hard on yourself to know at a young age what you want to do when you're older because things will change along your path. It's good to have a long term goal but be flexible because as you attend college, you may find yourself pursuing new avenues as a major. Almost every job will require you to work with people except for perhaps being a mattress tester. Why not talk to people in the industries you are considering: teachers, dog trainers, chefs, computer professionals, etc. as to the pros and cons of their jobs. People love to talk about themselves and you can get the inside scoop before you make that final decision of what course of study to pursue in the years and decades ahead.

My best advice to you is to always try new and exciting opportunities that come your way.. Through life you start to evolve and you will eventually mold into the career that fits your personality.. because if you don't - trust me - you will leave the jobs that don't fit! I have tried several opportunities myself- learning alot on the way. I love telecom/internet stuff (did sales positions for major cell phone and internet providers throughout California)The best opportunity was getting into an internet telecom business that was FREE to join.Ongoing support/training - you do not have to know anything going into it! I have been in it for 6 years AND STILL LEARNING! (not a get rich quick thing) only reliable well known name brand service providers that offer the same great "deals" (if not better!) as walking into a store. Here is the website: www.GetTelecomServices.com (click on "Affilliates" at bottom of homepage to join -remember it is free and your website is created immediately, there is no risk of trying it out) Check it out .. email me if you want - I am happy to help! Good luck on your endeavors!

PS: STAY IN SCHOOL and CONTINUE YOUR EDUCATION(COLLEGE) - with that - you will have so many opportunities open to you!
