The parttime with no benifits i like better and they want me to be there full time.

Benefits are important, especially medical
But if you are young this may not be such a big deal
If you are young, take the job you like and buy your own medical insurance
You won't keep that job all your life anyways

Please review the benefit package before you except this job
full time surely if, you take afull time position with this company it should have benefits, if not don't wast time with it ,find another job you would like to do.

it wont pay the bills so i say go for the other one.hey no one likes there job
