I'd suggest http://www.lulu.com for printing copies of a book. It's affordable with no set-up cost and great customer service.

There are many self publishing companies on the web. I wrote and self published two books and found the third publisher to be the best in cost and quality. I cant give their name here as i will be shut down. I don't know why as I,m just trying to help other writers. Most will charge you an upfront set up charge which can be expensive. Only wanting three copies it probably to expensive. The one i now use charges no setup charges, the others do. In your case this would be the best as they charge only per book. If you wish, email me and I will give you any other details you might need. barwaynerus@yahoo.com OH! I don't make $$ for any of this.

The first thing you have to do is edit your manuscript--unless you plan on just publishing it "as is" and waste time and money (not to mention the reader's time)...?

The second thing, is that you need to get a good book cover artist.

The third thing, is that you need to find a reputable book printer (there are plenty, but Lightning Source comes to mind), NOT a publisher--seeing that you're not going the traditional route.
