Yes. Once I even put all my food in a box to send it to them. My mom beat my a$$ for that.

My mom always liked to make me feel guilty by saying there are starving people in Africa who would love to have that food,but it never worked .

yes,,, being the daughter of a dad who served in the Korean War I would hear " think of the children who are starving in Korea" when I had children my eating for all the starving kids living on the streets,,, ITS just on big vicious circle!!!lol

i was forced to eat EVERYTHING on my plate because of starving children in Africa.

yes!!! omg they keep telling me that, and it's annoying, because they always give me wayyyy too much food on my plate, and if i don't eat it they go through the "there are starving kids in Africa speech." they still do that!!! after all these years, Lol.

Oh yeah...Peas and oatmeal and kids were starving in China.
Strangely...I love both of them now and prepare them MY way and life in China has improved with or without my being force fed.

No, I never had to eat anything I didn't like.
I did have to drink milk with dinner until my father had a massive heart attack and the doctor said that it was due to cholesterol. After that we cut out milk, but continued eating hamburgers and such. Go figure.

No, starving children in Germany. (my dad was born in Germany) I had to eat a lot of pork, but I think it was actually horse meat

No my mom never did but my aunt tried it on me one time with prunes i sat at that table untill it was time to go to bed and no i did not eat the prunes and the next time i stayed at her house i took a loaf of bread and cheese.

No because we wouldn't have known what an Africa is. THey made us sit at the table until we at least tried it.
