Love make you like a person, regardless of the person.
Hatred makes you highlight all of the bad things in a person.
Thus, hatred is only half blind.

The saying "Love is blind" (which I assume is what you are referring to) is not to be taken literally. It just means that the feeling of love doesn't care about anything else in life but that one person (as anyone who has ever been in love can easily testify to) because that one person is all that matters.
I guess in a way hatred is also blind because when you hate something/someone you don't care much about the circumstances, whether it's right or wrong or the consequences; you just hate them with a passion, as you love someone with a passion.
