About a battered woman whose husband dies falling in a well. She works as caregiver for elder lady. Elder lady falls down stairs and dies. She is tried for the murder and accused of killing husband. The elder lady is wealthy, bonds with battereed woman and perhaps had a hand in batterers death. Touching and disturbing. Cannot remember the name of it. Thanks in advance.
