It really depends on the fabric. You can try blotting the area with vinegar (after testing in an inconspicuous spot). Also, oxy-clean will work sometimes. If the stain is on leather--get a professional to do it.

mix 1/2 cup amonia with 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup vinegar. try not to breath too much of the fumes. put on mildew let sit for about 15-30 minutes then wash

Try peroxide, or depending on fabric, like whites use bleach.

depending how bad it is. if its a little then keep putting it back in wash until it has gone. other than that i dont think there is anything that will get it out.
