Yes that's OK. The have to sell it at the price shown if you ask to buy and they agree to sell i.e. a contract has been made. If you only see the higher price and bought it that's still OK. They are doing nothing wrong by offering the same type of item at different prices. What they can't do is have two different prices on the one item.

yeah thats fine. as long as you can prove that the number is for sale at the price they have to honour it under trade description act

no,they will have to sell the item at the lowest price,or get procecuted by trading standards
