One theory I liked when I read it was that Stonehenge is much older than previously believed, and that it was build during the last ice age about 10,000 to 15,000 years ago. The massive stones were slid across the glaciers during the winters and were eased into place when summer weather melted enough of the ice and snow. Would have taken centuries to build, but the pyramids took a long time to build, too.

think they know.??? .They were built by us Irish Labourers imported into England ,many years ago. Some Lord of the manor asked us to dig up these big stones in his garden. Then when we had them all dug out and ready to shift,he refused to pay us what he had agreed.
So we just flippin well left them there and how lazy is he??.They are still lying there today.!!
