how can you get a six pack fast?

There really is no fast solution. I recommend working out 6 days a week:
Monday: run 5 miles
Tuesday: swim 2 miles
Wednesday: lift weights and do crunches
Thursday: speed workout (100m, 200m, 400m, repeat 5 times)
Friday: circuit training
Saturday: weights and core training

Situps, lots of them. You can reach a point where on an inclined plane you can do situps with a 25lb weight behind your head, by then you should have a six-pack. Do them until there is a small burn and stop, rest until you are OK, do them again, do this every day until you are satisfied.

its not going to happen fast. the only way it will happen is to get on a STRICT diet. You have to burn more calories than you take in. Work on cardio and do ABS a few times a week. You have to work your abs until you cant sit up anymore.

just in your car and go really fast to the conveinent store otherwise do alot of crunches daily and go to the gym
