Do you know the rights of a woman? Come on... you don't. Put them down. Compare them with a mans rights. Do you find any difference?
Get your basics cleared. Every citizen of India enjoys some civilian rights and is endowed some civilian duties. I don't understand why most of the people here don't mention anything about duties when they talk about their rights. Shall I assume everone's aware of its duties.
Only thing is that women are aided with some reservations and its just a measure taken by the law to ensure that women are not deprieved of their rights in the country.
Although the law hasn't taken enough measures to check whether everyone performs his duty or not. The law thinks that we Indians are honest and dedicated towards our duties... Is that a fact?
Stop inducing another media of discrimination in this country. Get going... Understand your duties before you ask for your rights....

Constitution of India gives Equal rights to Men and women,
however society makes the difference

We have fundamental rights which have been given by our Constitution of India. They are Right to freedom, Right against Exploitation of labour, Right to religion and etc.
Apart from the above, we have right to elect our representative to the legislation.
