Film name: "My Brilliant Career" Taken from a novel by Miles Franklin.(who was actually a woman) Produced by New South Wales Film Corporation. It is Australian.
Judy Davis plays main character Sybylla (correct spelling) Quoting Sybylla:
" I make no apology for being egotistical, because I am. I have always known that I belonged to the world of art and the world of literature and music, and the world of culture and etiquette."
What is compelling about this statement is she is a very young woman writing about her career as a writer when in reality she lives on a dirt farm in poverty, with her family and few chances of ever doing more with her life. But she has dreams. It is a wonderful story and a wonderful movie. I have a friend who buys movies straight from Australia and it was the only way I could still get it. It came out(the movie) in the 80's and is a lovely story. You can always read it if your interested.

"Where's your husband?" "Parrking de donkey!" (said with a central American accent)
From _Bad Medicine_. If anyone knows that movie I'd be shocked. But it's hilarious. I need to watch it again, there are so many other good quotes.

The ones from Saw are definitely the best!
- "Live or die. Make your choice."
or
- "Most people are so ungrateful to be alive. But not you. Not anymore."
I hope they help you with your story.
