Is PBS taking a more middle of the road approach rather than their previous liberal style of programming?

Seems like PBS has abandoned it's pro-liberal politically correct style in favor of more American family values to gain greater audience share and acceptability. For example, I haven't seen any pro-homosexual programs in months.

I think it depends on where you live. I live on the East Coast where PBS stations air shows that some people would call "pro-homosexual." What is that, anyway? Does any show that features a gay person in a positive way count as "pro-homosexual"? Couldn't we just say "pro-humanity" instead?
