Yellow pages, let your finger do the calling. Aerial on chimney, £80-£100 is about average, that cheap enough?

hi if the fitter has to get on the roof it could be quite expensive or if they have to put on a booster as well as the cost of the aerial it can cost a fair bit too. then you are not even guaranteed a perfect picture. I couldn't even get terrestrial in my house and the cheapest way of sorting it was to get sky. at the time they had a half price for 3 months with free installation and free box and over the year it worked out cheaper to do that than get the aerial done. now they are offering £15 per month plus £10 credit. I did the transaction via quidco and they gave me £100 cash back for going via their website. I think they are now offering £50 but this changes from time to time (like sky's offers). You should join quidco anyway coz they're fantastic and you get loads of money off at loads of shops like boots, dorothy perkins etc. you can check references for quidco by searching for quidco on money saving expert.

you can then cancel the sky deal after a year and use the sky box and dish for digital viewing. so it will cost you £130 to get sky for the year which must be on par with paying for an aerial fitter. by the way I don't work for Sky!!

by the way you only have to pay £5 per year to use quidco and that comes out of your earnings (the cashback you make) so you're not really paying anything. I suppose then if its the first time you've used quidco it will only mean you get £45 back from sky but thats still good.

Yes but I wouldn't recommend them. The one we got couldn't even fit an arial to get Yorkshire TV.
