Not sure if scraping with razor blade would work depends on material counter top is made from. That stuff is messy I used gas on my hand before when I got that stuff on me. Good luck!

I would refer to the instruction on the product. If you can't find that try a product called "Goof Off". This is available where paints are sold. It removes things most solvents won't. Even if it doesn't work with this problem you'll be happy to have the product around for other uses.

Maybe and sos pad or a scrapper thats used for wallpaper. Go gone from a hardware store it gets almost everything off walls and counters without ruining the surface.

Soak her hands in laundry detergent (powder is best) and the hottest water she can stand. Rub hands together constantly and also try rubbing with facecloth but only as hard as she can stand it otherwise her hands will hurt tomorrow. I would NOT put ACETONE on skin. Hot water and soap removes crazy glue so it has to work for your Mom

depending on your countertop. if it is marble or granite i do not know. but if it is anything else like formica then you could use gojo. you can find it in the automotive section of a department store like wal mart or target, etc. what you do is wet a sponge and wring it out then put a quarter size drop on sponge and scrub the spot. you may have to scrub hard. then wash and rinse immediately as it will leave residue if you don't.

Most of those expanding foam products have explicit instructions on the side of the can as to what to use as a cleaning agent in case you get it where you don't want it. Read the can.
