most times first impression are partly correct. you see the person the way the dress, act and talk, and the attitude. That of course if only part of the impression, they say looks can be deceiving. Some people change after you get to know them a while some for the better and some for the worse.
so temper your first impression, give it time and if this impression acured during an interview call back and schedule a different interview with a different setting and questions.

Pro - Nice guy, fun to hang out with.
Con - Not aggressive enough , doesn't get the hints that girls like him.
Overall - If we where just friends then we would have a blast. If you wanted more you might have to be a little patient with me till I got the hint, but when I figure it out I will be loyal as hell.
FYI - This is the critque that a few women have given of me soI will accept it. Sorry if it was more than you where looking for but for whatever reason I felt like writing it out would help me get over my cons. Being honest with yourself is the first step to fixing what you don't like right?

that I am a shy little thing and look 10 years younger than I really am. truth is I love Biggie, 50 cent, Jay-Z and I used to live in New York, grew up 30 minutes outside of Chicago, and I love to talk to people!
