How or where do you go to repair zips?

I have a black Hurley zip-up hoodie and the zip to zip it up has fallen off on both sides.

Where and/ or how would I repair the hoodie or where would be the best place to get it repaired?

A tailor shop or maybe a fabric shop. Even some dry cleans do alterations and work fix it.
