I love this question! Isn't it so true! I guess they looked for shoes on the floor. I swear I could have one foot of carpeting in my whole house and the dog would find it!

LOL ... I had a cat that targeted a hand-woven throw. Even worse, because it was delicate & got ruined from repeated washings.

Ripped out all my carpeting but they still head straight for throws, bed, chair..anywhere they can let you know real quick..I AM SICK.
