The title is "Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You", originally done by the group "The 4 Seasons" with Frankie Valli singing the lead in his falsetto voice. It was a hit in the mid 60's.

This song was originally recorded by Frankie Valli and the 4 Seasons. Frankie Valli has a very high voice and was often confused for a female vocalist. This version dates back to the late 50's early 60's, and the title of the song is "Can't Take My Eyes Off You". Hope this helps?

I think the first version was by Frankie Vali it's called Can't take my eyes off of you. Womans version may be by Maureen Mcgovern.
