If you are in the UK, it is free below and above the ages of 16..but if you are below the age of 16 I believe they have now made it law to have a parent or guardian with you before you can go ahead with the proceedure

If you are in the UK then yes, you can have an abortion on the NHS. You will NOT be charged. First of all, you need to go to your GP to discuss this. They will offer you counselling and then refer you for a termination. If you want to pay privately contact Marie Stopes you do not need a referal from your GP to do this. Importantly, you need to go to a family planning clinic (free) to discuss appropriate contraception.

Check your state you live in. But I think it'll show up on your parents insurance that you had an abortion even if it is free.

That is such a sick question!, under 16's should be a HELL of a lot more careful if they don't want to get pregnant!

There are so many people out there who are trying for a family and can't get pregnant naturally and there are these kids being so careless!

Abortion should be illegal unless its a matter of life and death (medically, not cos someone's parents are gonna kill the person/s involved)...I don't know how anyone can feel good about even asking this kind of question never mind thinking about having an abortion...you are talking about taking a life!

Yes, in Britain it is. But it is recommended that a parent or guardian is there for the procedure.
Hopefully that should shut the anti abortinistas up.
