What about a nice tinted moisturiser? Laura Mercier makes a nice one in loads of different shades - it gives you a glow, its light but covers up minor imperfections. Clarins do nice ones too.

Not too much because sweat can ruin your foundation. Some lip gloss if fine, mascara might annoy you though keep it neutral and to a minimal.

hey,
i understand just what you mean. it is very hard for me to go out without foundation also. while working out i usually have a light layer of foundation on (only where i need it), a little eye liner, and some clear or sheer pink lip gloss. you can also put a little blush on for subtle color if you want. hope this helps.

mary kay has some really great products their foundations are great you feel like you are wearing nothing at all. and they cover and even out so good i use it and even when i am sweating it is great. its not that much and is way worth it to try.

I just started using BareEscentuals mineral powders and they feel like I am wearing nothing. You could even sleep in it.
