My girlfriends father had a vasectomy a long time ago. They just conceived another child, so i have first hand experience when I say, yes you can still get pregnant!

Stood in a grocery line with parents of 6 children. Father had vasectomy and mother had tubes tide 4 years earlier. A visiting preacher told her she was pregnant. The church thought he was a nut. She was pushing a stroller with a newborn and yes it was their child.

It is possible. that is how my friend got born.her dad got a vasectomy. but her mom still had her.

1) Vasectomies can be reversed (sometimes the sucess rate is not great)
2) Sperm can be taken directly out of the testicles (by doctors) and used
3) Sperm bank sperm can be used.

yes it can some say the tubes can grow back. did he have the vas checked after the surgery? it could have not gone right in the first place
