should i do the training before i know how much more pay i will be getting they have told me i am entitled to more pay but haven't said how much.

What do you have to sacrifice to do the training? I assume they are paying for it. take the training anyway. New skills are invaluable today. Never stop learning.

In my experience you do the training WHILE you are doing the actual job.

yes do the training it all adds up to experience and maybe usefull at a later date

you can start the training and see if you like it, if you do then while still training you can always ask. they won't get mad at you for being curious.

IS THE NEW JOB COMPULSORY OR DO YOU HAVE A CHOICE,IF YOU DO YOU ARE ENTITLED TO KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT IN TERMS OF EXTRA PAY.JUST ASK THEM TO TELL YOU HOW MUCH MORE YOU CAN EXPECT TO RECEIVE.
