WHY! Are you trying to hide something from your parents. If you want it disabled ask them not us. I have a program very similar to that and the only way you can disable it is to have the password. If that one is like mine you have to have the password to remove it also.

first you can remove the entire program for control panel ---------> add remove programs -----> choose the program then remove it .
u can create your own account on the pc and install only the programs you are interested in and don't let anyone to know the pw .. to do that go to control panel------> users ------> create a new user ---------> and set the pw .......
but why u r afraid .............. r u doing something horrible , if the problem of ur parents be sure that they love you and want you to be better .... good luck

If it is any kind of decent program, it won't. It is doing what is has to do, and what the owner of the computer is paying for it to do. I think I do know of a way, but it would be very wrong for me to tell you.

Without a password you probably wont be able to disable it. You might be able to remove it thru the control panel.

It is there for a reason. Apparently you are not trustworthy and need to be monitored. Why do you want to get rid of it? Hmmmm?
