I have had cause to complain about a major airline operating in the U.K. Have written two e-mails to their customer services but not getting satisfactory response from them.Is there any agency...help line or ombudsman that may arbitrate in this matter?? HELP!!!

It may be possible to complain to IATA at its Geneva office as the airline in question is undoubtedly a member. Note, however, that the first port of call is the travel agent (if any!) http://www.iata.org/index.htm

It would have helped if you would have given a few details. I think it might depend on what the complaint is. You may need to go to another organization.
