Whenever we have to do a book report in Language Arts, we have to write it in a friendly letter format. I always do my book report the same way, and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how I could start it off differently. I usually write it like this:

Dear ... ,
How have you been doing? I hope you have been fine. As for me, I've been good. Have you read any good books lately? I have just finished reading .... by ..... and I think you should read it, too.

Can you give me some other ways that I could start it off? Like how else could I greet the person and state the book title and author? Thanks for any help!

I've actually finished reading this really amazing book. It's called [ book name here ] by [ author name here ]. When i read it, i thought of you. It seems like the type of book you would read and i think you'd really enjoy it.

Eh. Sorry, it's 10am haha. Good Luck, though :)

I think you should go about it in a completly different and surprising way like a letter to someone who doesn't like books on that subject or to the actual person who wrote the book! Its hard for me to get around the friendly letter part because automatically I would want to write the letter to a librarian who took all the copies off the shelves because it was inappropriate but that would only work if you could find things in the book that made it that way and it you weren't writing a "friendly" letter

Dear so in so,

I know its been (when was the book published?) years since we've spoken but I just read your book .......by you (blah blah blah) of course. I enjoyed this and couldn't stand that and was surprised by this and horrified at that.....

yeah.....goodluck!!

As undesirable as that's, it extremely is thoroughly your fault. there are situations once you extremely merely could desire to make a screw up and study from it. that's maximum easily certainly one of them. I propose which you merely take the finished day to study the damn e book and then write your record for it because of the fact its no longer so long that it won't be able to be taken down interior the subject of a few hours.
