Would you take the criticism well if you did bad and just say 'thanks' and leave, or would you be one of those people that gets mad because Simon said 'that was horrendous'? I'd just say thanks, and then i'd leave

I know I can't sing so I would never go to an audition. The ones that crack me up are those who 'think' they can sing and have had friends and family tell them they can sing and they're actually AWFUL! If I actually did try out, I'd say thank you and just leave. One thing I've learned about Simon is he knows his stuff. He pegged Jennifer Hudson as not being American Idol material. He was right...she's much more than that!

well Simon is a jerk and you have to realize that going in. Not everyone is going to appreciate your singing.
If you think you're good enough than try out, if not well don't.

Also do know this. The top 2 are picked during auditions, so it's sort of a scam. If you think you could make it, certainly go for it!

I was going to audition for Canadian which like American the top 2 are picked before the show even starts, so I did not audition. I don't want to spend half a year singing and dancing for nothing!

I would not subject America to having listen to me sing. That would be cruel. I don't take criticism well so I would be the one to punch Simon out.

I'd throw water on Simon's face like that guy did last year. Even if he gave me a yes

After watching Idol for 2 seasons, I wouldn't want to be. Simon is a jerk.

UNLESS you wanna be famous, you can can go all-out attack on him by ramming yourself against the judge's table. lol That's one way to get known for, otherwise, I wouldn't want to make a scene. I'd just say, "thanks" and leave and then b*** about Simon in front of Ryan. lol

If I could sing well, I still wouldn't go on due to the fact of nerves. I would most likely get scared standing in front of millions of people.

I couldn't do it. I don't tale criticism well. Simon over does it with that. I wouldn't even say thanks I would just leave.

I think I would just say thanks and laugh it off. I rather have them tell me the truth then not and not knowing that I can't sing. I wouldn't want to look like a fool.
