HHH didn't want any new members joining. They could have added anyone from the Spirit Squad to get them up and coming but no. They could have add Sean Waltman but no. DX is coming to the end of its rope. If they really wanted money out of this thing, they would have added new members and brought back Scott Hall and Waltman to re-form the NWO.
