Dairies - all sorts - are well rated on the quality of amino acids. If you think about it, most mammals are able to survive on just milk (well, a milk-related product) for months.

Maybe you are thinking about levrogir and dextrogir ones? Amino acids are part of the proteins, and the most important food proteins are in are meat, milk, egg, cheese.
