Da Vinci proved this with the Vitruvian Man which had no natural physical deformities. How whould PHI apply to a dwarf man or animal whose arms or legs are out of proportion with the rest of the body, naturally? If the whole universe and nature is designed around PHI, which would make everything perfect, then why do we have imperfections? How could that be divine?

The Vitruvian Man proves nothing. It shows one thing, however. Man's penchant for pattern recognition.

Forget about trying to find anything "divine" about the universe. God is just a figment of your imagination.
