At the special care nursery (1 step below NICU) we only used regular dish detergent to wash the breastpumps. I don't know if the bottles went through the sterilizer or not as I wasn't using them.
I never used baby laundry detergent I just use regular detergent. I try to use scent free and dye free or even organic, but mostly I just buy what is on sale. I use vinegar in the rinse (1/3 cup in the fabric softener dispense) and an extra rinse. This too is for the whole family. Vinegar is a natural fabric softener and it will kill yeast we have a bit of a problem with in my family. For the baby clothes I use probably 75% of the amount of soap the bottle says. And the best way to get stains out is to line dry in the sun. It may take 6 hours but the sun will get the worst poop stains out.
Never use liquid fabric softener on baby clothes, it makes cloth flammable. I don't use it at all.

The detergent you can typically stop after 4 to 6 months, the best way is to wash an outfit in regular detergent to see if there is a reaction, if not, it's safe to switch. As for the bottle cleanser. Never used it. Most dishwashers have hot enough ater to sterylize, if no dishwasher, just hand wash in as hot of water as you can stand, or wear rubber gloves....

I never used baby bottle cleanser.
But I stopped using the baby detergent when my son was about three months old. I ran out and was forced to use the regular kind. He did just fine, no side effects at all.
I would just say use it and unless the baby develops a rash you're in the clear.

+ My son is 5 and I still use them. We tried the other stuff but it would irritate his skin. Made him ich all over with a rash!
So it just depends on if your baby can handle the other products and doesn't have sensitive skin.
I tried switching at around 2 years of age.
Oh we don't use the bottle cleaners anymore because of course he's way too old for bottles now!

Throw a couple of your baby's shirts in with your laundry and see if he/she has any reaction to laundering with regular detergent. If not you can stop with the special products.
If baby's skin is sensitive, you can buy products that are free of dyes and perfumes that are cheaper than 'baby' products and serve the same purpose.

I never used them either, just another way to make money in my opinion. I did use All free and clear on my sons clothes for a while and then found out that cheap stuff worked just as well and no rash.
As for your bottle cleanser use a dishwasher instead it will sanitize them just as well
