Some muslims say their children and brothers are being killed by bad foreign policy in Palestine, Iraq, etc and so they loathe the united states and Britain. Without thinking about the means they used to show their anger, do you think they have a point?

I dont think they do in one way. I know that the soliders over there are kiling the innocent which is wrong but sometimes not avoided but if they managed their own country better and got things under control then we wouldnt be involved.

Also, the way they go about it is wrong, blowing themselves up on buses full of innocent people? Thats wrong. But I can understand why they are angry, their way of life and culture is so different and until we fully understand their culture fully we will never understand

i dont think Prince B is being flippant, he is asking a question that is quite valid and trying to put himself in their position. I dont think there is any need to report him ????!!!!

Sorry, are we supposed to take this question seriously?

What do you mean by justified in hating the US and GB?

Any one person has the ability to hate another. The fact is, was it not muslims suicide bombers that killed over 2500 people on 9/11. Did they care if those that they where killing where US or GB citizens. Did they care that some of those murdered where members of there own religion. Did the tube bombers in London worry that they where going to slaughter innocent men women and children.
I THINK NOT

Did this result in me hating ALL muslims. No, it didn't. I saw the interviews from Irag, Afganistan etc, and just could not believe what i was seeing. Here we had a young group of young Muslim men spurting hatred for the US and GB, and they where all wearing Nike, Adidas, and Reebok clothing. If they hated themthat much, why where they wearing, and financially supporting the 'western world'

I don't know what people have against this question - I think its valid.

Yes lots of them are angry and lots of their issues are justified. Are they justified when they strap explosives to themselves and blow up markets? No they're 100% not - those people are idiots and just helping places like the UK bring in ID cards under the premise of 'combatting terrorism'. Is any form of terrorism justified? Of course not.

The anti-West propaganda is some areas of the Middle East is so invasive they grow up hating the West not even really knowing why. Much of it is stoked up by tribal leaders to garner support in a particular area. I didn't see many Muslims protesting about Saddam but they sure know how to protest about the subsequent American 'liberation'. Some Muslims will find any excuse to hate the west - moaning about our decadent lifestyle and blasphemous ways, but exhibiting gross hypocracy.

However, the middle east has nonetheless been treated very badly by the West. The British divided it up with a pencil and ruler without tribal considerations. America and Russia used it as a Cold War playground. During the Iran Iraq war, Amercia and France sold chemical and conventional weapons to Iraq, while the Soviet Union was Iraq's largest weapon's supplier, at the same time jockeying for influence in Iran. Israel provided arms to Iran, hoping to bleed the combatants by prolonging the war. And at least ten nations sold arms to both of the warring sides. Americans funded Bin Laden to help beat the Russians in Afghanistan. America ignores human rights violations in Saudi Arabia because they're our 'friends' due to their large oil supplies. It goes on and on and on. Self serving interests have lead the West's middle east foreign policy, which has in turn led to the situation we find ourselves in now.

If we weren't so reliant on oil, we wouldn't have been within 2000 miles of the area for a long time.

The real reasons so many hate America is that it is a free nation, where religion is a personal choice. A country where women, men, gay people, black people, religious or non-religious have rights to privacy and respect, and express their beliefs without fear of persecution. What's not to hate about that? I'm no supporter of America's wars, but when you consider what Muslims did to them on 9/11, you can hardly complain about them for being ever-so-slightly pis$ed off!

the question is valid...their hatred of the west is not. muslims are killing fellow muslims everyday in iraq-(average 45 per-day)i dont hear muslims on the streets demanding "stop the sunni's" the trouble is they are brainwashed from a very early age to believe in the islamic way of life, and there is NO compromising with mohamed.(i say brainwashed because if you said the moon was made of cheese 5 times a day for 20 years, you would end up believing it.)

It would appear that the best thing that Muslims do is enjoy hating everybody. So much for their so called peaceful religion. Lets face it its just another hypocratic people who hide behind their religion to be racist. They are happy coming over to these so called hated peoples countries, live the good life, receive the hand outs and then f ucking bomb you or incite hatred. Before all you muslims get on your high horse I realise its only a small minority that carry on like this but thats a small minority to many in my book. I feel for the brothers and children being killed where ever they are, but they couldn't have thought to hard about it when they got the opportunity to come over to these western countries leaving behind their brothers and children.

Hate is a very strong emotion statement that started a long time ago. is it time we all matured out of that state of anger to look at the real issues and that includes each individual not just the group of same minds.

In the sense that some of their people are being killed by British and American soldiers, then yes. The only reason that we're over there ( against the people's will of course ) is because some radical Muslims hate the US and England; mostly the US, and want to see powerful nations collapse. They think we're evil. Well, going into their countries and killing innocent people who have nothing to do with terrorists doesn't make us look any good, now does it?

Most muslims who have comitted terrorist acts in UK and USA didn't have any children or even distant relatives in Palestine or Iraq.

And if these muslims have no personal injury in all of this, then their hate has more to do with their racism, nationalism, and religious feelings than anything else.

Muslims hate anyone who is not a islamic . It stands to reason that they're going to hate the World's sole superpower. Why, because it's not islamic . Muslims don't hate you for what you are they hate you for what your not . One last thing muslims don't even like muslims- Iraq. Look at the infighting there. America is not the problem here islam is the problem.
