A combination of both! Enough difference to keep partners exploring each other, and enough similarity to glue them together for future.

I'd say neither, what matters is the core values you have in common, that you both feel the same way about what a commitment really means. Interests can change, but who you are, the real heart and soul of a person, that can't change, that's what really matters, that you both feel that love, commitment, and your moral compass are on the same page, everything else is incidental. You can still be two separate people and have your interests outside the relationship, but, if your idea of what commitment and love means are two different things, then it can't work.

definitely.. contraries attract each other is mostly a physicall thing, meaning, physical attraction and period.. those relationships are usually based in sex. For me a real relationship contains everything, good conversations, sharing interests, good sex, etc...

I have found that yes opposites are attracted and work well overall. Having different views help to balance things out and provide another point of view which helps us grow and learn!However within that opposites attract attraction there are some qualities where commonalities are needed or else people end up frustrated and grow apart.

It can work both ways. Some people enjoy the diversity while others are drawn together because of their similarities. But you really need both. I'm drawn to women based on booty size. I can work around everything else.

I think you need to have a balance of both. You don't want too many interests ,then you'll never try anything new, and the same goes for not enough, just not willing to try anything because you think what the one person likes is so dumb you're not willing to even try it.

My husband of almost 11 years and I are so much alike. We are both laid back easy going people, In fact we are both Capicorns. We do have different interests but that's what makes us individuals.
