Whatever he say's will be a lie, his people know that Americans fall for a line with a good sound bite, rather than taking the time to see what actions he takes. SOP, watch what they do , not what they say.

It depends on what Dick Cheney puts on the TelePrompTer for him to read. I hope his aides sounded out the big words for him. He seemed to have some trouble sounding out some words the other night when spoke about increasing troops in Iraq to 21,000.
