So many things. But It doesn't help to live in the past, all it dose is slow you sown and hold up your life. You'll end up dwelling on the bad things, and never move on. Believe me that's what I tend to do sometimes, It hurts to think about the bad stuff, but if it's stuff you can change, and it's bothering you that much, then try to change it, and if you can't change it, Let It Go.

i wouldn't take anything back. everything happens for a reason. you learn from all experiences. sometimes in life you feel like you have made a mistake but you just learn and do things differently in the future.
