Garcia had a good run in the CFL, and good years with the 49ers. He did way better than anyone woulda thought stepping in for McNabb, but let's not get carried away.
You're comparing Favre and Garcia when Favre is on the downside of his career. Even with all those interceptions (and other plain dumba** plays he's made), Favre has a ring, and the Hall of Fame bust is already made. Not a Packer/Favre fan, just sayin'....

Favre is going to the Hall of Fame. Why are you messing with him? Garcia is good but no where near as good as Favre, not even close. Bad question.
