my pc restarts suddenly with no warning. this happens almost every week. what's wrong with it? i've bought it 2 months ago, i've changed the RAM and cleaned it of dust... but it still does this and now in the report it says "device driver problem". . . pls help

something has most likely become corrupt by a virus. i suggest backing up any files you want onto a disc and then completely restore your computer.

There is an outside chance that it's a motherboard issue or your processor overheating. Make sure that the fan above the processor is running. Also, look at all the tops of the capacitors on your motherboard. The should have flat tops. If any of the tops looked as though they are buldging/swelling, you'll need to get the motherboard replaced.

If you got your computer 2 months ago, it shouldn't be the power supply's problem. It sounds like a virus to me. Have you installed any devices like a printer or web cam? Either way system restore to factory presets and defaults should fix your problem.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.

My computer started doing this one time and it was because the power supply was overheating. If this is the case you will have to replace your power supply.

you computer has to much running and can't keep up with it. Or it could has a virus on it that cause it.

click on start,pick help&support,pick system restore,this should take ten min.,and fix your problem,i suggest to go back as far as you can..
