Raj is right. Your question is even on one flip AND one roll. 1/2 for the coin, 1/2 for the dice = 1/4
odd dice/odd coin = X
odd dice/even coin = X
even dice/odd coin = X
even dice/even coin = Y
Those are your only possibilities: 1 chance in 4.
You wrote "a dice." According to Merriam-Webster dictionary, "dice" is the plural form of "die", which is a cube with dots on it. If your question is about throwing ONE of those cubes ("a die") AND flipping a coin, then the possibility is 1/4.
If you are throwing exactly TWO of those cubes ("dice") AND flipping a coin, then the answer is (1/2 x 1/2 x 1/2 =) 1/8.
I know, nit-picky. I use "dice" when I mean one like most everyone. I wasn't sure if this was a trick question by an evil teacher, or merely an oversight.
Some people have answered your question as two parts: flipping a coin and rolling a die. Each part is 1/2. But to get heads AND an even number, the answer is (1/2 x 1/2 =) 1/4.

Section 1:
When you roll a dice, the sample space is {1,2,3,4,5,6} since a dice has 6 sides. The even numbers in the sample space above is {2,4,6}. So, we need to find out what is the probability that she get 2,4 or 6.
Probability that she gets any number is 1/6.
Probability she might get 2,4,6 is 1/6+1/6+1/6 = 3/6 = 1/2
Section 2: Probability she gets head.
Since we are flipping once, the probability is 1/2 (When you flip, you can get 50% Head and 50% Tail
p(E) = 1/2
This is what I think

Probability of getting heads is 1/2, Probability of getting an even number is 1/2. Probability of getting both is the product of the two individual probabilities. 1/2 * 1/2 = 1/4.
