Medium, over medium, smothered and covered!
The really fun ones are on Saturday night/Sunday mornings. Mostly left overs from a good party. Most are really funny. Some get sick and puke all over everything. Few are obnoxious.
Still, it's nice to walk in and they say hi, and call you by name!

Once upon a time, that was the only place open that late in my town. Fortunately, one was probably drunk to be out that late. So we were part of the things that were strange!!!
Thank God I don't remember the biggest part of it....
