I m selected as a Vocational Instructor (Printing and Book Binding) for physically handicapped persons, a central govt job. pay scale is 5000-150-8000/- & gross i will get around 14000/-. My nature of duties is to guide properly to all physically handicapped persons in the field of printing and book binding. (a teaching job) Non transferable. Posting is in valley of kashmir i.e. SRINAGAR (jammu and kashmir). India.
Presently i m working as a assistant (printing) in an autonomous body at pay scale 4000-100-6000/- and getiing gross around 11000/- with approx all benifits of central govt.
Which is better for me for ???????
Srinagar or Delhi.
I have a own house in Delhi and i m eldest & unmarried living with all family members (Parents, Brothers & sisters). I don't know kashmiri language also. I am HINDU.
Can any one really guide me.. Please give reason also.

language problem is not any matter Indian people can manage themselves anywhere in world .
family is not a matter in case of more progressive
job in comparison of at present one.
Regarding ur marriage u must understand ur own
lifestyle what u want is with at ur hometown or comeback after sometime .
non transferable job at small town sometime block the way of big size of progressive line that is what u may opt in future (but only sometime similar to my father in BSNL.)
first of all u take a visit over there coz sometime our 6th sense also suggest something (only if u believe on those otherwise IGNORE this).

Being Hindu or Muslim does not matter at all as the bullet or bomb does not understand the religious difference. There is no problem for a person of any religion to work in any part of the country. But going to yr family details, better stay put in Delhi.

The beter idea is to join job in shreenagar. Because it is very good for health. Delhi is more durty place then kashmir. And afterall we called the heaven of earth. That's it is. You can make your choice.

If U think of going to Srinagar, U will be getting benifit of Rs.3,000/= per month.Also calculate the losses.Per month Rs.3,000/=Rent ,avrage Rs.300/= per month expences of to & fro Delhi.Also Rs.300/= per month for telephone expenses to contact your family,pluse Rs.2,000/= per month you will be going to spend for your foods etc.Now its your choice.
