Like ww2 online shooters.Like online friends you have never met yet imagine theres so much in common and great rapport.Are we loosing touch with appreciating the normal things in life? Like walking to the shop and buying a paper on a nice day? ! lol.And if all these forms of escapism were to be took off us would we ever recover??? Ill take boring reality over manic crazy escapism anyday! What do you think? Thanks for your answers, tuna.

We lost touch with reality long ago. It wasn't down to computers, just down to things getting so rubbish that people wanted to lose themselves. I bet going down to the shop to buy a paper is somewhat less of a joy when the headline is how many people have died in Iraq or something like that. It's not a nice world, escapism is essential for people to stay sane.

Reality to me is better, but i do like to escape now and then,
my life is'nt brill.
but as long as i have ballance in my life between the two,i have no problem
